Yilia Peña
Born in Las Tunas, Cuba, on December 18, 1992, and living in Tenerife, Spain, since 2014, Yilian has developed a personal artistic language deeply connected to her perception of the present moment. Her work emerges from an authentic need to communicate feelings and emotions, allowing each painting to become a space where her inner world can meet the gaze of the viewer.
Yilian is much more than a visual artist. She is sensitivity transformed into color, intuition translated into brushstroke, and authenticity expressed without compromise. Her creative process is rooted in the conviction that art can emerge from the most intimate places within us: from what we feel, from what we remember, from what inspires us, and from the simple details that we sometimes overlook while moving too quickly through life.

Presents Adam as an extension of “Adam’s Eve,” continuing the visual and conceptual dialogue established between the masculine and feminine. Adam appears as presence and desire, standing in a delicate balance against the idea of origin represented by Eve.
