Flashback Show Europa premieres in Madrid as an immersive musical experience based on collective memory.
By Susan Villa.
There are songs that work like a time machine. A few chords play and, without warning, memories, people, and moments that shaped who we are return. Built on that universal emotion is Flashback Show Europa – Do you remember?, a musical show that invites the audience to reconnect with collective memory through the great anthems of the 80s, 90s, and 2000s, transforming nostalgia into a vibrant and shared experience.
The premiere will take place on March 12, 2026 at the Teatro CaixaBank Príncipe Pío, where this immersive musical proposes much more than a concert: an emotional journey with live band, live vocals, and a storyline about friendship, the passage of time, and dreams that were put on hold. Humor, emotion, and rhythm intertwine in a staging designed for the audience to sing, dance, and let themselves go from the very first minute.
The cast brings together top figures from the music and stage world. Leading the cast is Soraya Arnelas, one of the most recognized voices in Spanish pop, accompanied by Diana Hoyos, an actress and singer with a strong international career. Alongside them, Nerea Rodríguez and Lorena Calero bring the strength and precision of musical theatre, while Edgard Caro adds freshness, humor, and a direct connection with new generations.
With dynamic choreography, striking lighting and visual design, and a selection of iconic songs performed live, Flashback Show Europa – Do you remember? establishes itself as a celebration of music and life itself. The season will run through March, April, May, and June in Madrid, inviting the audience to answer a simple yet powerful question: do you remember who you were when that song first played?
