The ceremony, masterfully directed by renowned businesswoman and event organizer Killa Tedesqui, brought together a stellar cast of personalities from the cultural, business, artistic, diplomatic, and media worlds. They gathered at Hotel Ilunion Pío XII in Madrid to honor 38 awardees from various fields including fashion, communication, innovation, activism, music, inclusion, and social responsibility.
In a night that blended solidarity, art, and elegance, the gala was held in benefit of AMUDI (Multicultural Association of People with Neurological Disabilities), thus reinforcing its social dimension and commitment to the most vulnerable communities.
Among the honorees, the iconic Spanish designer Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada stood out, receiving the lifetime achievement award for her remarkable contributions to the world of fashion and entrepreneurship, and for sustaining a vibrant, optimistic, and internationally recognized brand.
Alongside her, the talent and authenticity of figures such as journalist Ana Rosa Quintana, communicator Risto Mejide, former footballer Roberto Carlos, and cattle entrepreneur María Camino Limia were also recognized.
This edition paid tribute to careers that weave heritage, innovation, and empowerment. Actress Amparó Baró Gonzalo, niece of the legendary Amparo Baró, moved the audience with her heartfelt speech, reaffirming her commitment to continue her aunt’s artistic and ethical legacy.
Gabriela Reyes, daughter of the beloved actor Pedro Reyes, accepted the award celebrating emerging talent with deep roots. Her speech was one of the most touching moments of the evening.
Designer Blanca Rigau was honored for her pioneering efforts in integrating technology and sustainability into fashion, paving the way for a new way of dressing that unites elegance, environmental awareness, and innovation.
A special tribute was also given to Rosa Iglesias, entrepreneur and founder of Elite Women, for her impactful work in empowering women over 40 — a group often rendered invisible, which she has chosen to highlight and uplift with strength, style, and purpose.
The internationally acclaimed DJ and music producer Annita Yes, regarded as one of Europe’s top talents and known for her striking resemblance to Pamela Anderson, was celebrated for her authenticity and for breaking molds in the music industry, combining talent, aesthetics, and creative freedom.
Many other distinguished names took to the stage to receive their awards across various disciplines, including Diego Ferro, one of this year’s Goya Award nominees.
With a long list of celebrated figures — all of them international benchmarks in their fields — the Europe Awards 2025 stood out for their flawless organization, thoughtful scenography, and a clear message of inclusion, hope, and excellence.
This event not only honors achievements but also builds bridges between cultures, generations, and industries, becoming a powerful voice of inspiration and action across a continent that continues to believe in the best of its people.
